Find, review, export, and organise generated article drafts.

What this is

The Library is where you manage generated articles. It follows the client and website selected in the top bar so you can work without mixing projects.

Before you start

  • Select the client and website whose drafts you want to review.

Step-by-step

  1. Step 1

    Open Library

    Choose Library from the main navigation.

    Open Library
  2. Step 2

    Filter and search

    Use the visible status and search tools to find the article you need.

  3. Step 3

    Open and review the draft

    Check accuracy, structure, internal links, calls to action, and any brand-specific wording before using it.

  4. Step 4

    Export or publish

    Export when another person needs to review the content, or publish when the selected website has a working publishing connection.

Common questions

Why can I not find an article?+

Check the selected website in the top bar. Articles are owned by the website where they were created.

Will deleting a website delete its articles?+

Yes. Website deletion is permanent and removes the website-owned articles and related resources.
